OrthoFi
We have partnered with OrthoFi to assist us with patient support on the administrative side of our practice. OrthoFi provides services for new patients, including checking insurance benefits, processes our patient payments, and provides insurance services to the practice.
The OrthoFi patient portal is available for you anytime. You can log in here or on the top right corner of our website. On the portal, you can manage payment methods, view your payment plan, view your documents, and make additional payments.
Affordable Payment Plans
When we present your financial agreement, we use OrthoFi’s Open Choice Payment Slider tool. This allows you to customize the down payment and number of months/monthly payment that will work best for your financial situation.
We offer no interest financing (if paid within the estimated treatment time). We are able to extend payments beyond estimated treatment time, with a nominal amount of interest, if you need more time to make your payments. We also offer a discount if you pay in full at the beginning of treatment.

Dental Insurance
Many dental insurance plans cover some of the cost of orthodontic treatment. If you have dental insurance, our team will explain how your orthodontic benefits impact the cost of your treatment. We accept all PPO dental insurance plans.
